These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: "GTC") set out the general terms and conditions governing the purchase of goods available through the webshop operated by Hollóházi Porcelánmanufaktúra Kft. (registered office: H-3999 Hollóháza, Károlyi utca 11., Hungary; company registration number: 05-09-026489, registered with the Company Registry Court of the Miskolc Regional Court; tax number: 24798954-2-05; hereinafter: the "Service Provider"). In particular, these GTC regulate the conditions relating to the ordering of goods, payment of the purchase price, and delivery of the goods.
These GTC define the rights and obligations of the Service Provider and the User, the conditions for the conclusion of the contract, the terms governing the ordering of goods, payment of the purchase price, delivery of the goods, and the provisions specifically applicable to Users qualifying as Consumers.
Before placing an order, please read the information provided carefully. By submitting your order (by clicking the "Place Order" button) and upon confirmation of your order by the Service Provider, a sales contract is concluded between you and the Service Provider in respect of the goods contained in your shopping cart, under the terms and conditions set out in these GTC, which you accept by submitting your order (except in the case of international orders, see below).
The contract concluded upon the User's order qualifies as a distance contract concluded electronically. The contract is recorded in the Service Provider's administrative system. The language of the contract is Hungarian.
The prices displayed in the webshop are stated in Hungarian Forints (HUF) and include value added tax (VAT). The prices are for information purposes only. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify prices for business policy reasons; however, such price modifications shall not affect contracts already concluded. If the Service Provider has displayed an incorrect price, the Parties shall proceed in accordance with the section entitled "Procedure in the Event of an Incorrect Price" of these GTC with respect to contracts already concluded.
For information regarding the processing of personal data carried out through the webshop, please consult the Privacy Notice available on the website. Should you wish to lodge a consumer protection complaint, you may contact the conciliation body having jurisdiction according to your place of residence or habitual residence, using the contact details set out in Annex 1 to these GTC.

The different categories can be selected either from the navigation menu or from the tiles displayed on the homepage. Within each category, several subcategories may be available to facilitate easier navigation through the product range.

4. Purchasing Through the Webshop
4.1. Selecting Goods and Adding Them to the Shopping Cart
To purchase any of the Goods listed in the webshop, click the button marked with the Shopping Cart symbol. By doing so, the selected Good will be placed in your Shopping Cart. After adding the Good to the Shopping Cart, you may modify the desired quantity.
Once you have added the desired Good to the Shopping Cart, you may continue shopping and add further Goods. During browsing and shopping, you may view the current contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the Shopping Cart icon located in the upper right corner of the website. At this stage, you may: continue shopping; return to browse additional Goods; or remove Goods from the Shopping Cart.
If a Good is removed or additional Goods are added, the system automatically recalculates the total purchase price of the Goods you intend to order.
There is no limitation on the quantity of Goods that may be placed in the Shopping Cart during a single purchase.
4.2. Finalising the Order and Providing the Required Personal Data
If you do not wish to add any further Goods to your Shopping Cart, click the Shopping Cart icon located in the upper right corner of the browser to access the contents of your Shopping Cart, where you may finalise your order.
By clicking the "Enter Shipping Details" button, you may proceed to the second step, where you are required to provide your shipping and billing information.
At this stage, you must provide: the postal address to which you request home delivery; your e-mail address, to which the order confirmation will be sent; your full name; and your telephone number, through which we may contact you regarding your order or its delivery.
Please ensure that only a valid and actively used e-mail address and telephone number are provided.
If your billing address is identical to your shipping address, please select the "Same as shipping address" option. The system will automatically copy the relevant information to the billing address fields.
If you do not request home delivery and instead wish to collect the Goods personally at the Hollóházi Brand Store or at the Service Provider's Budapest Showroom, you must select "Personal Collection" from the Delivery Methods drop-down menu located at the top of the page.
For domestic deliveries within Hungary, the shipping fee is displayed in the order summary table. For international deliveries, the shipping fee is calculated after the destination country has been selected and the delivery address has been provided.
By clicking the "Summary" button, you will be redirected to the Order Summary page. On the Order Summary page, you may review all information you have provided during the purchasing process. At this stage, you may also select your preferred payment method.
The following payment methods are available in the Webshop: online payment by bank card; cash on delivery (where available); and cash payment in the case of personal collection at the Brand Store.
If you discover that any information has been entered incorrectly, you may return to the previous step to correct it.
Your order may be submitted by clicking the "Place Order" button.
5. Payment
Payment by bank card enables you to make purchases conveniently and securely through our webshop.
After placing the selected Goods in your Shopping Cart, if you choose payment by bank card and click the "Place Order" button, you will be redirected to the secure payment page operated by OTP Bank Plc., where payment may be completed through an encrypted transaction using the payment solution provided by OTP Mobil Ltd., which is currently considered one of the most secure payment systems available. Customers are only required to select the "Pay by Bank Card" option and then enter their bank card number, expiry date, and three-digit security code on the payment server operated by OTP Mobil Ltd.
OTP Mobil Ltd. accepts the following card types: VISA, VISA Electron, V-Pay, MasterCard, Maestro.
Bank cards issued exclusively for electronic use may only be accepted if their use for online purchases is authorised by the issuing bank. Please contact your bank to confirm whether your card may be used for online transactions. Following a successful transaction, OTP Mobil Ltd. issues an authorisation code for the payment. We recommend recording this code or printing the confirmation page. If the transaction is unsuccessful, OTP Mobil Ltd. will provide an error message indicating the reason for the failure. The payment page displays the exact amount payable for the order. The bank card details entered on the payment page are processed confidentially by the highly secure electronic system of OTP Bank Plc.
Further details regarding the use of OTP Bank Plc.'s payment interface are available at: https://otpbank.hu
The Service Provider does not process or store your bank card details in any form.
Cash on delivery is available only for deliveries to addresses within Hungary. In such cases, payment is made in cash directly to the courier upon receipt of the Goods. Where payment is made by cash on delivery, the Service Provider issues a cash-on-delivery invoice, which is delivered together with the shipment.
In the case of personal collection, payment may be made either in cash or by bank card at the Service Provider's Brand Store or at the Service Provider's Budapest Showroom.
6. Electronic Invoice and Order Confirmation
The system sends an electronic confirmation of your online order by e-mail to the valid e-mail address provided during the ordering or registration process no later than one (1) business day after the order has been placed.
Upon transmission of this confirmation, a sales contract is concluded between you and the Service Provider in respect of the Goods contained in your Shopping Cart. You shall no longer be bound by your offer and shall not be obliged to perform under the contract if the confirmation is not received without undue delay. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. Orders received during such periods will be processed on the next business day.
If you placed an order accidentally or in error, you may cancel the incorrect order without any consequences by contacting our customer service by telephone or e-mail no later than 9:00 a.m. on the next business day following submission of the order.
The Service Provider issues an electronic invoice for every purchase.
The invoice contains, among other things: the details of the ordered Goods; the description of each Good; the applicable VAT rate; the amount of VAT; the net unit price; the quantity ordered; the net and gross value of the Goods; the details of the Service Provider; the details of the User; the payment information; and where applicable, the delivery charges.
The issued invoice complies with the provisions of Act CXXVII of 2007 on Value Added Tax and all other applicable legal requirements.
The applicable purchase price of each Good is always displayed next to the relevant product as a VAT-inclusive (gross) amount.
